COVID-19 UPDATE!
There might be some delays with deliveries because of the COVID-19 virus.
In Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, France and Portugal it is no longer possible to receive packages in some zip codes.
If your shipping address is in one of the effected zip codes we will put the order on hold and ship when there is no longer a delivery issue.

Denmark: MyPack Collect DKK 50,- MyPack Home DKK 75,- Free Delivery if you purchase for more than DKK 1500,-

International standard UPS: Rates starts from DKK 100,- depending on your location.  Free delivery if you purchase for more than DKK 3000,-

Remember to pick up our parcel!! If the customer does not pick up a parcel and the parcel is shipped back to 79Hour we will charge a fee of minimum € 8.00

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Products that are on stock will be shipped from our facility within 1-3 working days. In Denmark orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days from the shipment date and in the EU within 7 working days from the shipment date. If the customer orders several items and one or more of the items is out of stock 79hour will not ship the order before each item is back in stock again. In that case the delivery time may be up to 7 weeks within the EU.

79Hour will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your legal rights. We ensure that our goods are packaged in a way that protects them during the shipment but sometimes damage does occur. We apologize for any inconvenience that it might cause. If anything has been damaged during the shipment please contact us at info@79hour.com

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

The customer has the right to return products to 79Hour. The customer must return the new and unused products to 79Hour within 30 days from the delivery date. If the products are returned 31-35 days after the delivery date the customer will receive a store credit.  79Hour do not cover return shipping cost.

In case of a refund the original shipping cost will only be refunded to the customer if Flat rate EU or Postnord udleveringssted have been selected as these are the standard delivery options. 

EXTENDED DECEMBER RETURN POLICY:

Orders placed from November the 15th to December the 23rd can be returned until January the 16th 2024 if the 30 days have expired. * except items bought on sale. Items bought on sale have to be returned or exchanged within 30 days. 

BUNDLES

Product bought as a bundle must be returned and exchanged as a bundle. Not individually. 

DEGRADATION PRODUCTS

When purchasing products from 79Hour the consumer accepts the terms of 100% degradation of used products. The customer will only receive money refund if the returned product is unused. The 30 days begins after the delivery time and under no circumstances earlier than the customer has received the goods. In order to comply with the 30 days of return, the goods must be shipped and delivered as new and unused within the 30 days. 79Hour will only cower the shipping cost when returning products is a result of our fault. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original packages. When returning products, the full paid amount for the product will be returned when 79Hour have received the return package. 79Hour will only refund to the credit card that was used when placing the order. (This is to prevent fraud)

Price and payment

All prices stated on the online shop are in DKK or EURO and inclusive 25% Danish VAT. The payment will be done via PayPal. PayPal and 79Hour accepts the following credit cards: Visa, EuroCard, MasterCard, American Express. In case of delivery outside EU the customer is obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so the customer should contact the local customs office for further information. We do not offer tax-free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries. If the package is not picked up by the customer and any kind off fee is added, the customer is responsible for the extra cost and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return-shipment. This includes freight charges, any extra payments, duties, taxes, levies, and fees for Link Logistics a/s prepayments, return charges, any additional fees, etc.
