All our products are made of brass plated with 14K gold or 925 sterling silver.

All our products are made according to the European requirements and nickel migration limit is less than 0.2 µg/cm 2 /week for post assemblies which are inserted into pierced ears and other pierced parts of the human body. 0.5 µg/cm 2 /week for jewelry intended to come in direct and prolonged contact with the skin.

Yes, but we don´t recommend
it as the plating will wear of faster when exposed to salt and chemicals from swimming
pools.

A plating doesn’t last forever and will slowly fade over time. But you can make it last longer by following our guidelines:

·     Always keep your jewellery away from perfumes, bodylotions and other chemicals.  

·     Avoid contact with hard surfaces.  
·     Do not wear your jewellery in a jauzzi, swimming pool, while showering or doing sports activites.

It depends on how you wear your jewelry, how salty your sweat is and what the jewelry comes in contact with during your daily wear. This is very individual from person to person.

The costumer can place an order by following the next steps:  

·     Select a product and “add to shopping bag”  

·     Select “go to your shopping bag” to see the detailed information on the selected products.  

·     Select “checkout”  
·     Enter all personal information – enter any comments for dispatch – accept 79hours terms.

·     Select “approve”  

·     Fill in the payment form with personal information and credit card details.  

You can use any of the payment methods listed below to pay for your order. 

·     Visa, MasterCard, American Express.  

In case of return the return form must be completed and attached to the package. 79hour will only cover return costs if the reason for the return is our mistake.

The costumer has the right to return the products to 79hour. The return must happen within 30 days of delivery and the item must be new and unused with the
‘No returns will be accepted if detached’ sticker on and intact.
If items are returned within 31-35 days after the delivery the costumer will recive a store credit.  

You can use any courier that delivers to Denmark. We highly recommend shipping your package with a tracking number so both we and you can keep track of your return. This way you’ll also be able to see when we’ve received it.

When returning an item, we highly recommend sending your parcel with a tracking number. This way you’ll be able to keep track on where the parcel is and if/ when we’ve received it. After receiving a returned item, please give us 1-3 days to process the refund / exchange your
item.

79hour does not cover return shipping cost. Nor does 79hour cover the original shipping cost in case of a refund. We only refund the original shipping cost if you have selected MypackCollect in Denmark or UPS standard for international deliveries. We do not do partial refunds of shipping costs if 1 item out of a total order of more items is returned.

In case of receiving a
faulty item, please send an email to info@79hour.com with your order number + a photo of the faulty product and a small text describing the default.
